A rich man needs it, and a poor man has it.
If you eat it, you will die.

What is it?

"It's shit, that's a bio-hazard. Rich men always need shit (Material.) and poor men already have shit (Quality of material.) and if you eat shit, YOU DIE!"

Think about it for a second now.

"Well let's think about it then. Rich men have everything in riddles. Poor men don't have anything. Is this another 'nothing' riddle?"

You are a smart cat, yes it is a 'nothing' riddle.
A lot of people get that wrong.
